Viñas del Vero applies an ecological fertiliser with coffee grounds in the vineyard.

The Viñas del Vero vineyard will be the setting for this research, which promotes the recovery of coffee grounds generated in vending machines, present in places as popular as educational centres, hospitals and offices. In addition to this advance, the development of "Fertcafé" will contribute to the improvement of the quality and care of soil biodiversity, the profitability and sustainability of farms, as well as the reduction of the carbon footprint achieved by the reuse of this waste.
